Here at CrossFit Lehigh Valley our mission is to provide the highest quality of resources to our staff and clients so that they can become the best versions of themselves. Our staff hold at a MINIMUM a CrossFit Level 1 Coaching Certificate and go through monthly training sessions to provide them with the resources they need to become the best coaches possible. We believe that by improving the quality of our coaching, we are also providing our members with the best service possible.

CrossFit Lehigh Valley is run by a team of talented individuals with different fitness and athletic backgrounds, but all share a passion for health, fitness, and CrossFit. Rollover their profiles to meet our amazing coaching staff!

Natasha

Owner/CrossFit L2 Trainer/Precision Nutrition L1 Coach

Natasha (Tash) is the owner of CrossFit Lehigh Valley. She is a CF-L2 trainer and has been coaching CrossFit for the last 6 years. She also has her Precision Nutrition Level 1 Certification. Her favorite part of coaching is watching athletes do things they used to struggle with. Her passion is in helping people become the best versions of themselves and allowing them to live their best lives outside of the gym by helping them perform inside of the gym.

Diwaker

CrossFit L1 Trainer

Diwaker’s crossFit journey began in 2015. As a fitness enthusiast, Diwaker was challenged by a friend to try a crossFit workout. Diwaker started his journey at CrossFit Lehigh Valley, but had moved gyms in the interim. During this time, Diwaker spent time learning the differences of Olympic and Powerlifting styles. Diwaker became a certified CrossFit Level 1 trainer in August 2020 and has been coaching at CrossFit Lehigh Valley ever since.

Tom

CrossFit L1 Trainer

Coach Tom started his CrossFit training back in February of 2015 to complete his first WOD on a Saturday morning Open Gym session at CrossFit Lehigh Valley. After trying many different types of exercise regimens and programs, CrossFit seemed to be the one that stuck. After mainly focusing on coming to bodyweight/gymnastic movement days at the gym, Tom began to branch out to other parts of CrossFit and quickly realized that this was the training program for him. Tom never realized his potential as an athlete until he began training at CrossFit Lehigh Valley, and now, he feels as though fitness and exercise are important parts of his everyday life.

Before getting started in our Group Classes at CrossFit Lehigh Valley, we want to make sure you are fully prepared to join in on the fun! We do this by taking you through our ‘Elements’ program. You will have FOUR semi-private to private sessions with one of our trainers where they will teach you the foundational movements of CrossFit.

This will ensure that you can perform all of the movements safely in a class setting while also getting you familiar with the movements you’ll see regularly in class. We’re excited to help you get started on your fitness journey!
