We were the first CrossFit Affiliate in the Lehigh Valley! Yes, that’s right. And it’s been a pleasure helping get CrossFit off the ground in the Lehigh Valley. If you train with us, you are learning from one of the most experienced and qualified staffs in the Lehigh Valley CrossFit community.

We’re Different...

We are unique because we give you personal attention, personal training and personal coaching every time you walk in the door!

There are no mirrors and fancy equipment. We train you to perform real world movements under various loads, longer distances, with greater intensity. We do not to conform to any one way of training. The tools, methods, and philosophies we use may be considered unusual or “out of the box” to those that belong to a mainstream gym. We change our workouts daily, training “with a purpose” and work the full body every time you train. We think outside the box and pride ourselves on being different. We have no problems changing our methods if it can be proven that there is something better. Egos are left at the door.

We’re Not Just a Gym. We’re a Community...

We train as a group, a team, constantly challenging and supporting each other. Nothing is more rewarding than seeing a group of people pushing themselves to their limits and encouraging each other along the way. We will not tolerate poor or negative attitudes, but we welcome all who have the desire to be better. We train individuals, groups and teams.

We’re For Everyone...

We’re not training muscles and strength for their own sake. We train movement – movement that lets people enjoy whatever it is they’re doing, whether it’s high-level sports, gardening, or cleaning out the garage. Those things are all about lifting, twisting, pushing, the full range of human movement. We train people to move their bodies effectively, powerfully, athletically, pain-free. And then, movement is fun.

We focus on whole-body exercises, so we don’t fool around with single-use time-eaters like pec-decks, or monotonous Stairmasters. We love kettlebells and pull-up bars, jump ropes and barbells, rowing and sprinting and squatting. Don’t know a barbell from a dumbbell? We’ll teach you. Lots of experience? We’ll teach you a lot more. Either way, we’ll challenge you and help you achieve your fitness goals.
