Each teammate does one of the exercises the first round and then switches and does the opposite exercises the second round. Meaning each teammate only does each of the 7 exercises once. 800 Run 50 Airsquats 50 Pull-ups 50 Abmat Sit-ups 50 Wall Ball 50 Box Jumps 500 Row We had 5 teams who gave maximum effort. Congrats to the winning team of Arhcie and Jesse with a winning time of 22:32. Daniel (13yrs old) and Brooke (14yrs old) were a close second with a 22:47.
