The power went out tonight at CFLV and most of the neighborhood! Despite the gym being virtually dark and no music, the CFLV Crew still totally got after this WOD. Nothing like thrusting a bar over your head or jumping on a box in the dark. These folks continue to amaze me with their heart and desire to be better!!!
