Bodyweight / Gymnastics Movements

Who? All CrossFit athletes who would like to increase their understanding of proper body weight and CrossFit gymnastic movements to gain strength and confidence for WODS.  Class will provide in depth understanding and progressions for the following movements:

  • Planks
  • Push-ups
  • V-ups
  • Headstands/handstands
  • Kipping pull-ups
  • Levers
  • Knees to elbow
  • Toes to bar
  • Bar muscle ups
