I joined crossfit lehigh valley in late June And I can honestly say I am currently in the best shape of my life. I wasn't too familiar with some of the Olympic lifts but have come to really enjoy the challenge of power cleans. My least favorite exercise would have to be burpees, but still love them in some type of weird way.

I am leaving for army basic training in January and I feel very confident that I will be able to perform beyond just minimum military standards because of crossfit. The dynamic program combines everything you can imagine having to do with fitness, and with commitment and some self motivation you will get in shape. Last but not least the amazing trainers Kevin and Markus. You will not find too many more people in the area that are as knowledgeable and committed to their jobs as these two guys. They are always there pushing you along through the workouts, and even workout with the whole group sometimes. I highly reccomend anyone who wants to get fit to come to this facility.

Crossfit Lehigh Valley and the trainers there are unbelievable. Markus has more certifications than I can remember and has been very successful in many athletic fields and powerlifting. He is an excellent coach, teacher and friend. I remember when I first started crossfit back Markus originally opened up the gym I was a fairly athletic, but out of shape young teenager and I did not have the right mentality to get into shape or become an elite athlete.

The most significant thing that has happened since I've been going to crossfit is a change of mindset. I am now brave enough to tackle any physical challenge and I want to. My body asks for workouts and even though I have gone far away from the gym my heart will always be there and every workout I do is with the same intensity that I would have if I was working out there. Markus and Kevin, the coaches, really become good friends and become your mentors rather than just someone telling you what to do.

They are both very very knowledgable about movements, workouts, and the college recruiting process if that is something that you need help with. They push you to your limits, but understand that every has limits and are conscious of this. They keep you safe and make you very strong. I am now 17 and have gained an amazing amount of strength, stamina and physical ability from crossfit. I am being heavily recruited by many colleges for crew (something I learned at crossfit) and have the ability to go to some amazing schools like Princeton, Stanford, Harvard, etc. because of crew and because of Markus and Crossfit.

I have developed very good technique with all Olympic and power lifting movements and can train those exercises safely on my own. Crossfit is an awesome place! Check it out, you will love it.

I joined Crossfit Lehigh Valley in March 2012 with one goal – to be a faster runner. To my surprise Crossfit has been a life changing experience. By completing 1 hour workouts a few days a week I began to notice things changing. With the encouragement and guidance from Markus and Kevin, my goal has become a reality. Not only am I a faster runner since starting Crossfit, I am also a stronger woman both physically and mentally. With the support of the Crossfit community, I have pushed myself farther than I thought possible. Yes, some of my friends may think it’s crazy for me to flip tires or dead lift my body weight, BUT the results are so worth it! I personally encourage you to give Crossfit a try …

What's your favorite exercise?
--sleds :), but they're all fun, it's a love hate relationship!

What's your least favorite?
--None really, but if i had to choose from the burning after-effect then burpees

What sort of results do you see?
--Major, my arms are stronger, my endurance has increased, and my posture. Not only that, but i am a better, well-rounded athlete.

Honestly, CrossFit is the one thing during my day that i enjoy, and is how i relax. Thank you CrossFit!

I started working out at Crossfit on May, 2012. I was running about 15 miles a week at a real... slow... pace. I needed to change my unsuccessful routine. I also wasn't satisfied with the machines and my workouts at the gym that I was attending. Crossfit created the challenge that I needed for my personal workout. It is different from the gyms that I went to because every time I work out I am challenged with a new exercise and body movement. I wanted a change in my daily routine and I ended up with much more, better body tone, improved sleep, and improved focus on daily activities. Crossfit also helped me understand the importance of proper weight lifting. I have quality exercises with movement and purpose.

In addition to all of the above Crossfit has helped me feel more confident in what I can do when I work out.

I joined CrossFit in June 2011, after trying regular gyms, pilates, aerobics and other exercise programs. I've never seen better results or felt stronger than I do now!
